Department

Selection field for the allocation of a department to each employee. It makes sense if the company is arranged in departmental structure. E.g., Purchase Administration, Production, Purchasing, External Sales, Construction, Civil Engineering, etc.
The field valid from and valid until can be displayed, so it is visible whether the department is still active or not.
