If an injured body part cannot be assigned to either left or right side, ‘Unassigned body part’ can be selected. An example of a body part that cannot be assigned is the heart or a state of shock.

If none of the terms offered is selected for the type of accident, a free text must be entered un-der “Other type of injury”.
