Calculation of rate-determining value | Two pay processes with recruitment during the month

With the implementation of the Swissdec 5.0 guidelines, an adjustment was made for the calculation of the rate-determining value.

In the case of employees who resigned and were re-recruited in the same month and therefore had two pay processes, rate determination was incorrect during the second pay process. This bug has been fixed.
