If a pay process is to be canceled after the payment file has been generated, the reversal lock must be reset first. The old message asking to contact the administrator has been changed. The reversal lock can be reset directly by the user. We draw your attention to the fact that pay process should only be canceled after the payment has been made in really justified exceptional cases.
