You can trigger the update in Organization via Install all store updates. There is no caching if there is connection to the store.

If there is no connection to the store, caching is required and you need to get the files in the protected area on the website.

Note:

Customers using SwissSalary 365 cloud solution must trigger the updates themselves. SwissSalary will not do it!
