Number of decimal places during input

Task #11406

A maximum of 3 decimal places can be entered for time recording and a maximum of 2 decimal places for

other recordings (amounts).

If the entered number before the decimal point has to be corrected again, now it can be done again. This

hasn’t worked properly after the last update.
