Balance overrun message also appears for hourly recording

Vacation balance check will appear with a pop-up window once max vacation is reached.

This window also appears when time in projects, from-to time is entered, etc., so the balance message appears on each row, provided that the holidays entered are negative.

This bug has been fixed.
